What's actually included in the Free plan?

One target, weekly scheduled scans, the core security checks (open ports and exposed services, thousands of known security flaws, and SSL/TLS encryption quality), plain-English findings, email notifications, and unlimited team members. No card, no time limit. It's a real free tier — not a 14-day trial.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and we pro-rate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

What happens when I scan more targets than my plan allows?

We don't silently bill you for extras. Once you hit your plan's target limit, adding another one prompts you to upgrade or remove an existing target — your choice.

Do you charge per seat?

No. Every plan includes unlimited team members. Bring your accountant, your developer, your auditor — they all see the same dashboard at no extra cost.

What does each scan check for?

Every scan checks for open ports and exposed services, thousands of known security flaws (continually updated from public security databases), weak SSL/TLS encryption, and slow page performance on mobile and desktop. Starter and above adds subdomain discovery — finds forgotten staging, dev, and old marketing sites. Pro and above adds active web-application vulnerability scanning. We tell you what to fix in plain English.

How is my scan data handled?

Your scan data lives in our infrastructure, encrypted at rest and in transit. We never sell it, share it, or use it to train models. You can export it any time, and you can delete it any time — when you delete a target or your account, the underlying scan history goes with it.

Can I export my scan history?

Yes. Every plan can export findings as JSON. Pro and Enterprise can export stakeholder-ready PDF reports for insurance, audits, and compliance evidence.

What if I want a security engineer to fix what you find?
